Cheesy Taco Sticks (Printable)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Brown ground beef in skillet over medium heat until crumbly. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons water. Simmer 2–3 minutes until combined. Set aside to cool.
03 - Roll pizza dough into rectangle approximately 12 × 16 inches. Cut into 8 equal strips.
04 - Place spoonful of seasoned beef and mozzarella-cheddar blend along one edge of each strip. Fold dough over filling, pinch edges tightly to seal.
05 - Arrange sticks seam-side down on prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with melted butter.
06 - Bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.
