01 - Steep Earl Grey tea bags in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bags and allow tea to cool slightly before combining with other ingredients.
02 - Combine diced strawberries, granulated sugar, and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook while stirring and mashing strawberries until a thick syrup forms, approximately 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat, strain to remove solids if preferred, and let cool.
03 - In a mixing jug or large glass, pour the brewed Earl Grey tea and strawberry syrup. Stir thoroughly to ensure even distribution of flavors.
04 - Pour in the milk and stir again. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness level by adding additional syrup or sugar according to personal preference.
05 - Pour over ice cubes if serving cold. Decorate with fresh strawberry slices and mint leaves. Serve immediately while flavors are fresh.
