05 - 2 tbsp water

06 - 1 cup whole milk or non-dairy alternative

# Steps:

01 - Steep Earl Grey tea bags in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bags and allow tea to cool slightly before combining with other ingredients.
