04 - Remove from heat and strain through a fine mesh strainer into a teapot or directly into serving cups. Discard used spices and tea leaves.

# Expert Hints:

01 -
  • The spice blend creates a natural warmth that lingers long after the last sip
  • It comes together in under fifteen minutes but tastes like something from a specialty café
  • Perfect for cozy evenings or as a thoughtful gesture when friends drop by
02 -
  • Don't rush the initial spice simmer it's where all the flavor develops
  • Overboiling the tea makes it bitter so watch the clock carefully
03 -
  • Crush cardamom pods with the back of a spoon just before adding
  • Invest in a good strainer to avoid gritty spice sediment in your cup
