10 - 1 avocado, sliced
11 - 1 cup cucumber, sliced
12 - 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
13 - 2 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine shrimp with minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat thoroughly. Let marinate for 10 minutes at room temperature.
02 - Cook rice according to package instructions if not already prepared. Fluff with a fork and keep warm until assembly.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink and opaque throughout. Remove from heat immediately.
04 - Divide cooked rice evenly among 4 bowls. Arrange sautéed shrimp on top. Add cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, cucumber, and red onion around the shrimp.
