# Expert Hints:

01 -
  • Restaurant quality lobster in under 30 minutes without any fancy techniques or equipment
  • The garlic butter sauce is so addictive youll want to put it on everything from bread to steak
  • Impressive enough for anniversary dinners but easy enough for a random Tuesday craving
02 -
  • Dont walk away from the broiler, lobster goes from perfect to overcooked in about 60 seconds flat
  • Butterflying the tails helps them cook evenly and makes them look dramatically impressive
  • The tails will continue cooking slightly after you pull them out, so err on the side of underdone
03 -
  • Have everything ready before you start broiling, because timing really does matter here
  • Pat the lobster meat dry before brushing with butter, this helps it brown instead of steam
